what problems are you facing in detail? In the created Makefile (by  
IFORT-AMD64) I removed -tpp6 and added to the linker flags paths to MKL:

FFLAGS = -pc64 -O2 -unroll
LFLAGS =  -L/local/intel/mkl/9.1.023/lib/em64t -lmkl_lapack -lmkl - 
lguide -lpthread
