  I thought you solved your problems with cpmd2cube following Axel's 
comments - 
 in the meantime we have updated cpmd2cube from  the cpmd.org distribution 
-
please download the updated package and give a try using the appropriate 
gfortran configuration-
we wanted to wait for the upcoming release of cpmd  to update also all the 
contributed material -
