[CPMD-list] Pseudopotential for dummies

Hi everybody,
   
  I'm a new user of CPMD and I try to understand the features of the pseudopotentials implementation in CPMD. I know the general theory but when it comes to use in practice the different options CPMD provides, I feel I need to understand better how things work. 
  The fact is that all the litterature I found is (for me) either too general or too specific. Thus, I'm wondering if anybody knows a good review, article, website etc., that can help me to understand more specificately the ideas behind these options.
