Post-doctoral position in Computational Materials Science at IBM Zurich 
Research Laboratory

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the Computational 
Materials Science and Biochemistry Group at the IBM Zurich Research 
Laboratory (http://www.zurich.ibm.com/deepcomputing/scientific/).
The position is  available starting as soon as April 2007 for a period of 
18 month, with possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate should  have a PhD in physics, materials science, 
chemistry or  related fields with significant experience in electronic 
structure theory and classical/ab-initio molecular dynamics calculations. 

She/He would work  primarily on the simulation of materials and interfaces 
 that are relevant 
for the scaling of CMOS technology and on the development of appropriate 
simulation strategies for this task.

The IBM Zurich Research laboratory offer a very exciting  multidisciplinar 
environment  with exceptionally good working conditions.
