Unfortunately the are perfectly random.
The exit code is always the same but the place where it
occurs is random... It can happen during the wave function
optimization... I can happen during the diagonalization of
the tddft matrix... It can happen during the tddft forces
calculation... I mean really everywhere.
The "nice" thing is that it doesn't occur so often but I could
never figure out from where it comes.
What I'm pretty sure about is that I never had this problem
before the last software update which took place on BG/L
few month ago.

Right.
I'll keep trace of it and I will contact our BG/L SysAdd next time I get
a crash.
