You may also want to try gfortran, the new Fortran compiler part of GCC. 
It has the advantage of being free software and cross-platform, and it 
is known to correctly compile CPMD.

You can download gfortran binaires for MacIntel here : 
http://hpc.sourceforge.net/

As for the compiling options, you can use the configuration file 
PC-GFORTRAN.
