Hi folks,
I'm trying to compile verson 3.11.1 of CPMD under a SGI-ORIGIN-MPI
configuration, f90 is "MIPSpro Compilers: Version 7.3.1.1m" and IRIX64
is 6.5.22m. The Makefile was generated with mkconfig.sh.
Compilation went well up to the shop_adds.f subroutine, for which I
got the following error messages:
f90 -mips4 -n32 -c -O3 -nocpp -r8 ./shop_adds.f -o ./shop_adds.o
POINTER (IP_TAG,TAG),(IP_P,P)
^
f90-541 f90: ERROR DECIDE, File = ./shop_adds.f, Line = 624, Column = 15
Implementation is deferred for this Fortran statement, type,
expression or constructor.
^
f90-1407 f90: ERROR DECIDE, File = ./shop_adds.f, Line = 624, Column = 23
"TAG" has the DIMENSION attribute, support for declaration as a
Cray character pointee is deferred.
Moreover, although a warning only, I also got the following
out_of_range message:
PARAMETER (UMASK=-2147483648, LMASK=2147483647)
^
f90-1413 f90: WARNING SHOP_GRND, File = ./shop_adds.f, Line = 786,
Column = 25
This numeric constant is out of range.
Are there any ways to overcome the above errors and got CPMD running?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Reinaldo
