[CPMD-list] Compiling CPMD with xlf with OpenMP support

Hi developers,

I guess the makefile templates designed for the IBM xlf_r compilers with
OpenMP support should specify the compiler option -qnosave in addition
to -qsmp=omp, otherwise the code definitely produces wrong results when
running with more than 1 OpenMP thread.
