[CPMD-list] Compilation of version 3.9.2 under SGI Origin

		You're right. The Makefile has the flag -D__SGI in CPPFLAGS. I 
changed ACCESS to POSITION in fileopen.f and the compilation suceeded. 
Now, I'm running some test jobs to check that cpmd.x was correctly built.
