Hi all,

Could anyone help me with building a hard Martin-Troulliers (or Goedecker) BLYP
psp for Silicon? It should take the 2s and 2p also as valence states, next the
orbitals with n=3. Cut-off requirements may be very high (even 300+Ry). I want
to take a look at the effects of including more states in a linear response
calculation.

Regards,

Reinout.
