[CPMD-list] compile cpmd2cube

Dear Jaime,
Did you already manage to compile 'cpmd2cube'? Basically you can take
almost any system and just adapt 'FC', 'FFLAGS' and 'FLAGS' to your
system. In normal compilation you probably don't need any extra libraries.
I'd try with 'FC = your-fortran-compiler', 'FFLAGS = -O' (or +O, if it's
the HP convention) and 'FLAGS = [empty]'.
