[CPMD-list] Segmentation violation

Dear Frédéric,

  Please change the line 101 in 'k_odiis.F' from

              CALL AZZERO(NKPNT,GAMMA)
to
              CALL AZZERO(GAMMA,NKPNT)

As you see, it's a slight bug in the code... ;)
