[CPMD-list] running error in CPMD

The $ROOT_INTEL/bin directory contains, among the other, two scripts>
ifortvars.sh and ifortvars.csh (the same apply to Intel C compiler and
and MKL -- in this case the path is $ROOT_MKL/tools/environment/). If you
are running a Redhat linux (or similar distributions: Mandrake, fedora...)
you must simply copy this scripts in /etc/profile.d. All the scripts in
this directory are run when you login. 

$ROOT_XXXX means the place where you installed the packages
