I won't worry about this warning if you have an executable which is
working ok. In most cases, it is a 'friendly' warning! The SGI linkers
almost always give warnings like this from my experience. On the other
hand if your executable is not a workable one, I suggest you compile with
-n32 following earlier suggestions from Dr. Axel and Dr. Ari which I
believe you can find in the mailing list.

Doesn't look like this information is enough for anyone to tell you why.
The last part of the ouput file should be helpful. I always use that to
tell even after a successful (?) run (just to make sure).
By the way does the results of the serial jobs stop after this number
of iterations (600)?
