[CPMD-list] compiling cpmd3.9 with ifc using MPI

Hi Adrian,
   Which version of ifort (the new name for ifc) are you using?
It may not be a bad idea to try the latest. I just tried compiling
cpmd-3.9.1 using ifc-8.0 and lam-mpi (and Intel MKL), and it 
compiled fine (except for a "minor" issue with a clash between 
CPMD's definition of IZAMAX and Intel MKL's).
