[CPMD-list] 64 on pwr4

Dear CPMDer,
the Makefile produced by Configure for the POWER4 64bit case has 
a little bug, the CFLAGS variable does not contain  -q64.
When xlf_r links the object files  founds incompatibility between
sysdepend.o, shmem.o (32bits mode) and the rest of the object files (64 
bits).
