[CPMD-list] Compile 3.9.1 on T3E

Dear EG Kim,

  Probably 'ZDSCAL' hasn't been processed with the pre-processor flags;
please try to add -DZDSCAL=CSSCAL into the Makefile (I'm not sure about
the name).
