[CPMD-list] Compile 3.9.1 on T3E

Dear Dr. Seitsonen,

Thanks very much for the message.  I've changed all those names to uppercase,
but the following just doesn't go away.

    The symbol `ZDSCAL' referenced in relocatable object `prowfn.o:PROWFN'
    is not defined.

So I tried the developer's version (390_200704) which has all those case-related
issues resolved, but I still get the same error message.  Would you make any
suggestions?
