[CPMD-list] Compile 3.9.1 on T3E

Dear EG Kim,
The calls to these routines should be written uppercase in the code
(like "DAXPY", now some of the developers have written them "daxpy").
Please change those names in the routines mentioned into uppercase and
recompile again.
