Hi, this looks like corrupted memory. The error cannot happen with RFO because it does not restore the previous wavefunction after a failed step. It never occurred to me, so I am trying to reproduce this problem on our platform. Thanks for the input. Could you please send me your complete output as well in order to compare? Thanks, Salomon
