[CPMD-list] silicon simulation

HI, friends,

I am planning to do some simulations on geometrical optimization for 
silicon cluster under the external electrical field. If anybody here did 
similiar simulation before, I would appreciate that you send me a demo 
input file. 

Besides, I am using CPMDv3.7.2 on a PC with RH9.0.
