[CPMD-list] Thermostat!

Dear all,

I want to perform some calculations on energetic atoms or molecule incident on substrate with surface option. I just want to keep the four middle layers of the substrate in a constant temperature. but it seems the Nose thermostat is applied to the whole system. Can anyone tell me how to make some changes on the code?
