[CPMD-list] Error compiling on HP

Dear All,
 
I cannot compile new CPMD code on HP-UX Itanium2 mashine using HP 2.5 Fortran 90 compiler. I got message:

The same error I got without MPI.
Do you know this problem? The fortran version is HP 2.5
