[CPMD-list] how to treat with the trajectory file in MD run

Dear Everyone:

I want to know how to treat with the trajectory file after the MD run. 
For MD calculation, the information which obtained from trajectory 
seems very important. And there are many other MD programs that can 
give the graphic results of trajectory file. So I wander if you can tell me 
where I can find the same program? Any help of you will be greatly appreciated!
