[CPMD-list] PC-PGI-QMMM-MPI compile problem

In this case, you may try to copy the mpif.h file from MPI include
directory. The mpif.h file is dependent on what MPI you are using, such as
LAM or MPICH. So you may find an appropriate file from MPI include
directory.
