So in which directory are you? In 'SOURCE'? (I don't believe that it
can be '/SOURCE', that would mean that you are the superuser??
Probably '/home/carlospi/CPMD/SOURCE') Could you please issue the
following commands:

pwd

  and

ls -lF cpmd.x SI.in /home/carlospi/CPMD/../PP_LIBRARY
