Hi Carlos,

	I agree  with Jose. It would be preferable to use ifc when you compile 
lapack.

Nevertheless, if you do not want to use ifc, the other solution is to add the 
library for g77 and g2c.
It depends to your system. You have to put at the end of the LD command in the 
Makefile:

-L/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.96 -lg2c -lgcc

To see the correct path see in usr/lib/gcc-lib/.
