hi,

the intel compiler does not officially support redhat 9 (or any
other distribution with native posix threads) yet. you either 
should set up a redhat 8.0 machine for compiling and link all intel
supplied libraries statically or link _all_ intel supplied 
libraries dynamically. for more details on how to achieve that,

btw: since compiling a parallel executable on a linux box can be a
bit tricky in itself, i would recommend trying to build a serial
executable first.
