[CPMD-list] Stress Tensor Calculations

Hi Alex, 
I have implemented stress with NLCC in an old version of cpmd (3.0g) and
it seems work (tested on Na systems). I can send the routine but i think
that the code has changed too much make it work with no effort in 3.5
version. Let me know.
