Dear Mehmet,

I am not sure but the problem may be that your pseudopotential
was generated on a machine with little endian bit ordering
and you are using CPMD on a big endian machine (or vice versa).
If it is the case you need either compile pseudopotential generation
code on the same machine that you are using for CPMD runs. 
Or you can treat this problem with compiler options if there are some.
A problem of similar kind can be also with different byte lengths
of integer numbers.
