[CPMD-list] Solving problem with BLYM_p.F

Hi all

I just want to clarify the issue with the BLYM_p.F file.
This file contains a very long subroutine that causes
some problems with certain compilers. However, this
subroutine is not needed in CPMD V3.5 and has been
removed in future versions.
In order to solve the problem with compilation and
not to introduce too many changes in the current
version we now (VERSION 3.5.3) remove the body
of the subroutine with the preprocessor.

Current status: there should be no problem with
this file when you use V3.5.3 .
