[CPMD-list] Solving problem with BLYM_p.F

Dear all, 

Yesterday there was some discussion how to solve the
problem compiling of BLYM_p.F. To solve it I splitted
it to small programs and then it was compiled by Intel
Fortran Compiler in a few seconds (no compile flags
were removed). 
I have attached it and you can try it if you still
have problem compiling BLYM_p.F.
