[CPMD-list] compilation problem with ifc 6.0

Hello Marino,

I encountered the same problem - the 'ifc' finally crashed after
consuming quite a lot of ressources with the file 'BYLM_p.f'.
("Internal compiler error. Please report to Intel!" ... )

Copy the command-line, change the optimization flag to "-O0" and
try to compile again manually. Then say 'make' again to continue ...
in my case this worked fine.
