Your compiler is not supported, so please modify the Makefile
according to your needs, e.g. the erf() function and the runtime
libraries for the Lahey compiler. Also the option
'-Msecond_underscore' might cause problems, if it indeed gets
interpreted by the Lahey compiler.

  Since we don't have a Lahey compiler probably we, unfortunately,
cannot help more.
