Zac,
I got what i believe is the most updated version of the code,
and there're only the following *grid* subrutines
2dgrid.F
3dgrid.F
fnlgrid.F
If you think one of this is useful for your purpose, i can send it to
you.
I'm afraid i can't help you  with the other part of your question.
