Input https for QM/MM CPMD
A QM/MM run requires a modified CPMD input http, some additional input
https, and creates the normal CPMD output file and some new ones. The
input http consists of a standard CPMD input with the QMMM
keyword in the &CPMD section, a modified &ATOMS
section and a mandatory &QMMM section. Furthermore three
https for the classical code are needed (coordinates, topology and input
http). These can be taken from previous fully classical simulations and
have to be in Gromos format. Topologies and coordinates https created
with the Amber[131] package are also supported. A converter to
Gromos format[129] is available.
